Contracted food poisoning for 5 days during my deload week. Lost about 8 pounds and had to ease back into the 2nd cycle. Used lighter weights for the first few days but I felt my lower body strength had returned to normal. My upper body strength is still catching up a little bit. I did my best to eat everything in sight once I was able to stomach food again.

Just finished 20 week program and tested. Had a squat Pr of 430, which is great comsidering I haven't touched 400 in at least 8 months. Also, the heaviest weight I trained with on the program was 355 which is pretty cool
Hit 315 on bench which I only ever got testing alone. And hit 545 on deadlift which I haven't hit in mock meet ever using a stiff bar
I figured I'd post form comments here instead of in the whiteboard thread so I dont tarnish the accomplishments. On your bench press, why are you pulling yourself under the bar, then resetting your feet? You're letting yourself get loose when you move your feet. Keep them where you plant them when you pull yourself under the bar so you can get as tight as possible.
Also, and not completely unrelated, at the bottom, your lats are very loose so the bar sinks into your chest, then you heave it. If you're going to lift in meets in the future, good judges will red light you either for the heave or for downward movement after the press command. If you keep your lats super tight (its hard to learn to do this right), the bar wont sink at all and it will feel like you have loaded springs coming off your chest.
Took your advice, worked out great. Didn't readjust my feet, and tried my best to keep my lats flexed. Def a bit hard working on the lats, but definitely feeling good. I feel a lot less loose during the lift
