wow, after not posting for a while and losing the 2+2 app, i forgot this thread existed!
well as you can imagine and probably assumed things didnt go as planned. i did, however, join fitness program in october-december and lost 20lbs from it. but since then, i have gained 5lbs of it back. i went down 1 pant size and shirts fit better.
a new gym opened in my area that is on my way home from work and i just joined it and am going to retry this.
29yr old, 250lbs.
my goal long term goal is 1 year from now to be at and maintain 195lbs.
my short term goals are 10lbs a month or 220lbs by June 2017.
writing down my meals here or on phone are not possible, i forget, i am lazy with it and its not going to happen.
i am however going to follow the meal plan that the previous fitness program gave to me (10 weeks cycling) and stick to that. its very easy to maintain, step by step, exactly what to and what not to eat.
i am going to try and post in here twice a week to keep up with it, and have set myself a reminder
