holy crap. i am so weak compared to where i was at years ago. just doing the full body workout i realized i have so much catching up to do!

also, does anyone here do or heard of CKO kickboxing? its an interactive group kickboxing cardio class where you burn up to like 1200 cals in 1 hour. its pretty intense and tiring. i bought my gf and i a 1 yr membership at 60/mo for xmas last year bc she always said how she wanted to do it and thought itd be fun. she goes like twice a week and loves it. i went for first like 5 months but didnt take it seriously, nor dieted, and realized its just not for me. i have 5 months left on my contract and i havent gone in almost 2 months. i called and asked to cancel and they said its a 250$ fee that cant be waived. do you think i should go to cko 2 days a week again as a dif cardio/workout or just cancel it bc i didnt really like it?

ive been posting to the app as much as i can which is almost every time i eat everyday, but not here..

also, was originally planning on vegas in sept but the gf didnt want to go so we just booked cancun. i have 6 weeks to lose a lil weight haha. hoping for 10 lbs, something realistic

wow, after not posting for a while and losing the 2+2 app, i forgot this thread existed!

well as you can imagine and probably assumed things didnt go as planned. i did, however, join fitness program in october-december and lost 20lbs from it. but since then, i have gained 5lbs of it back. i went down 1 pant size and shirts fit better.

a new gym opened in my area that is on my way home from work and i just joined it and am going to retry this.

29yr old, 250lbs.

my goal long term goal is 1 year from now to be at and maintain 195lbs.
my short term goals are 10lbs a month or 220lbs by June 2017.

writing down my meals here or on phone are not possible, i forget, i am lazy with it and its not going to happen.

i am however going to follow the meal plan that the previous fitness program gave to me (10 weeks cycling) and stick to that. its very easy to maintain, step by step, exactly what to and what not to eat.

i am going to try and post in here twice a week to keep up with it, and have set myself a reminder

Pretty sure he added up the weight of the two dumbbells; I hate when people do that too. If it was actually 90 lbs, then it was 3 inch ROM at most.

3x12 leg extension 50lbs
3x12 squat 95lbs
3x12 leg press 180lbs
3x12 seated leg curl 50lbs

30mins on treadmill at 5 incline at 2.8mph

the 1st 10 mins were killer and i said okay 5 more mins then 5 more and so on and before i knew it was at 30 mins.

3x12 flat db bench 60lbs
3x15 flat db butterflies 20lbs

3x20 crunches

30mins total on treadmill doing hiit (4 min walk at 3 incline at 2.8mph, 1 min run at 3 incline at 6.2mph. repeat til 30 mins)

it has been going well/better honestly. for the most part, i eat pretty much the same thing every day.

i used to skip breakfast and now i have a cabinet at work full of these that i eat. i dont have the full cabinet for breakfast though, only 1


for lunch, i used to hit some fast food on way home and now when i go home, i start cooking these in the frying pan on the stove. i cook 3 at a time and i buy 2-3 different varieties each week. they usually cost 5.49 a 5pack but sometimes are on sale 2 for 7. heres an example of one pack

then about 2.5 hours later at my desk i have been bringing 2 apples for a snack, and i have a giant bag of raw almonds and i try to eat 20-25 of them.

then around 530 i head to the gym

around 7 i have dinner. i have been finding all different recipes on pinterest usually ranging from some kind of crockpot chicken with a veggie, to spaghetti squash and chicken meatballs. i try to change it up every night so i am not getting sick of it.

elliptical is feeling like best cardio workout as of right now besides the stair master, but the stair master burns so bad that its really tough to continue after 6-10 mins.

i have been doing slower, controlled reps with best form i can.
