Been lax in my diet & working out this past week. Not bearing down and being discipline enough all. Haven't weighed myself recently but I bet I'm around the 230 mark where I started. Really need to turn the corner and bear down.

Staples of what I want to be eating moving forward are - cottage cheese, eggs, chicken thighs

Workout - Back / Tri w/ push ups

Able to do pushup which I'm going to use as my main chest exercise until I can bench press / db bench. Did 100 today and felt good

Notated briefly the past few days. Have been in the gym just not logging every day. Getting stronger, weight is hanging around Mid 220. Need to push the envelope and today did not help. Turning away good free food shoved in front of my face is a skill i have not learned

Moving forward I have to do a better job. I've been saying that a lot recently and need better consistency.

Moving forward I want to incorporate - pushups, pull ups, ab supersizes into my workouts at a higher frequency.
