Pull ups - 3x5
One Arm DB row - 3x10
Bent over DB Fly 0 3x15
DB Hammer Curl - 3x10
DB Curl - 3x10
100 push ups - 10x10 with 30 sec rest intervals
20 min elliptical
Moving forward I have to do a better job. I've been saying that a lot recently and need better consistency.
Moving forward I want to incorporate - pushups, pull ups, ab supersizes into my workouts at a higher frequency.
