Night Of is fine. It is basically an extra long episode of law and order. which is fine. Sorry not every series is the GOAT.

River was goat series last year.

Yea first episode was the best in the series. I think it was a decent watch, still not sure I have seen the finale tho lol.

Stranger things is not, like, THE BEST show I've ever seen but it was very very good. Some highlights with no spoilers

* it's a mystery/suspense show that wraps itself up in 8 episodes. Are you ****ing kidding me? Lost would have dragged this plot out 4 seasons minimum.
* it turns a few horror/YA tropes on their heads in nice ways - most of which is very subtle and not hit-you-over-the head ways
* that goes for some stuff that is typically fairly sexist that was done OK

I guess I can't say as much as I'd like without spoilers.

A lot of stuff I like I feel a little guilty about because it's full of racism/sexism/classism. Stranger Things is not like that, you can whole-heartedly like it. I'm sure I'll find out in a year that one of the main characters likes to **** little boys or something to ruin it for me.

Managed to make my temperature controller work without shocking myself. As a very unhandy man I'm feeling quite pleased

Just watched Valley Uprising last night. Very good way to kill a couple hours.

I won't have any time to watch any more shows until after Burning Man. I hope I get to meet up with fBusto this year!
