Was going to wait to log until 2017 and the numbers get less sad, but you guys know I'm old and weak so w/e. Loss of strength obv a problem everywhere, and endurance as well towards the end of the workout, but felt good regardless. Keeping the weights low, especially on lower body, because being hurt half of last year sucked. Not as sore as I'd worried I'd be from the first few days, and SI still feels fine, so
on that front.
Tomorrow will just be a bunch of light DL and front squat sets and some random lower body bro ****. Saturday rowing plus treadmill. Keeping the diet tightish at 1800-2000/day, with slightly less protein (~180-200) and a few more carbs, just because. Feels alright so far.
