How do they make you lose weight?

Well said Renton.....its just feels really good to see the numbers going down on the scale every week. I plan on grinding this out and changing my lifestyle.

That weight loss shake is basically a yoohoo with some protein and vitamins and minerals added.

When I was in the U.S. recently, I had one of these post-workout:

Just dip them in some egg, corn meal and throw them in a frying pan with Avocado oil and you'll be on business.
