Made the lamb with a red wine balsamic sauce. Sauce was meh, should have went with a yogurt+mint.

Yes, that's the point. This is a log what I eat and cook, not some Instagram profile, Pinterest, or cooking/diet channel trying to appeal to people and get followers.
I don't understand why you are confused about that? Someone here made a similar comment about my weight loss pictures. The whole point is to log where I'm at and track progress.

I took pictures today, but I look worse than I did in May. My legs look more wrinkly than they did when I was working out. Trying to get motivated to get back to the gym.

This is my face transformation from the beginning to right now.
I can't even imagine what I will look like sub 200 or 160lbs.

Your poker hand histories, though, kind of look like a diet entry that went awry late in the day - something like:

Breakfast:
Eggs with veggies: 225 cals

Lunch:
Chicken breast with brown rice: 325 cals

Dinner:
Salmon, sweet potato, veggies, salad: 510 cals

Late night snack:
Stuffed bell pepper with alfalfa sprouts in balsamic vinegar... 3/4 pint of Ben & Jerry's **** Me In The Thighs & Butt Chocolate Marshmallow, half a bag of double-stuff cheese pizza rolls, 5/16ths of a bacon super cheeseburger with 4 sides of Springs1 ranch dressing: 2970 cals

The most recent AK hand history posted was all late night snack, girl. GL.

I ended up just eating a couple of bites and my daughter ate the rest. She loved them.

I followed a recipe i found online for the sauce:
1c dry red wine
Chicken stock
2tbs balsamic vinaigrette
Butter
Flour
Salt

I love how Babs is running around OOT while being contained with no consequences lol. Which I think is fine btw, just a little hypocritical of Larry Legend. There is no need to police the forums or try to implement what you think is best like a power hungry idiot. LL is the exact personality type that should be insta disqualified from holding any sort of authority position.

I think it's nice that OOT has a thread about depression and mental illness and everyone is being open, understanding and supportive. A step above treating someone with hatred and ridicule if they talked about being depressed, suicidal, or had a mental breakdown.
