I see that on Saturday you had three eggs and some cheese for breakfast. That's a good start.
The 825 cal of garbage on Sunday was a bad way to end that streak.
How about you focus on just one thing this week: have three eggs for breakfast every day. Then once you've achieved that goal, you can move on to other stuff with some confidence that you're able to achieve one simple goal.
