Kickcat lol that's just great.

MLYLT,

These "cravings" kicking in are a combination of a failure to plan, and the fact that your resulting diet is high is salty, fatty, carby food and not at all satiating.

Think more about earning your treat, if you want one, by eating what you're supposed to during the day. Breakfast (eggs, maybe with a bit of cheese and chopped up veggies, and fruit) + lunch (6-8 oz of lean protein, a leafy and/or green vegetable of some kind, and maybe a small amount -- half a cup -- of your prepared carb of choice) + light snack (cheese stick + fruit or something along those lines) + dinner (same as lunch) = I get to have a Kit Kat, if I can still fit it in.

You're caught in this cycle of binging on stuff you "want" because you have no plan and no goals other than some arbitrary number you ignore half the time anyway. It's time to invest some of that driving to Dallas time into shopping for food and preparing meals for the week.

No, I have no desire to prop bet vs you.

However, I'm sure someone here would take you up on what is basically $500 free money if they trust you.

The bigger question is, if you can do it for $500, why can't you do it for your physical and emotional well-being?

Here's a wager for you.

You quit those things for a month starting tomorrow.

If you want, pick some number like 2/3/4 exceptions for screwups or special occasions.

If you succeed, you'll win by being healthier, losing more weight, and making some positive lifestyle changes.

If you fail, you send $500 to the charity of my choice.

BINGO!!!

You have hit on the obvious issue with MLYLT's weight loss plan (and smoking cessation, etc.) She seeks external motivation for paltry amounts of money believing that is the magic elixir.

What she lacks is the internal desire to make those changes for the "right" reasons. She has received a ton of helpful information in this and other threads. She just doesn't have what it takes to implement that advice. Obtaining that is the key--and in her case it is likely to require a lot more therapy than she is willing to accept.

And why in the hell does the profanity filter ding "weight loss" if it is hyphenated?

When was this buddyweiser character introduced? Must have missed it.

Banned,

Buddyweiser has been very supportive of her for quite some time; he just wanted a little compensation for his posting support.

Diablo,

Why you gotta hate on cheese?
04-18-2017 , 09:28 PM
Thayer,

Cheese is the best! I try to have at least four varieties in my fridge at all times.

I currently have 7 types of cheese in the fridge. Dang you guys for talking about cheese and making me want to get out of bed for some

So I just talked to a new guy friend for two hours, and he is just ****ing amazing. I feel so lucky to have met the most amazing guys. A lot of guys have opened up to me over the years about their heartaches , fears, and insecurities and all I can think is how amazing they are and how lucky I am to have had the opportunity to know them. It's just been awesome to be able to vent to these guys now and be the vulnerable person now and for them to be so empathetic and understanding. I don't even know what I'm saying, but I'm so thankful right now for all of the conversations from these guys.

No. I I'll try to do it without any money involved....I'm trying to buy a house.

Starting tomorrow I'll go a month without everything you listed.

I took more pics. Really bad in the front, the straps dig into my fat too much. Not bad from the side. It's also too short and comes down way too low. I'll have to find another monokini

Why do you even make statements like that which you know you won't actually do?

I don't know. I'm going to try though.
04-19-2017 , 12:47 AM
M,

I've said this before, but I think you'd be better served picking more realistic goals that you have a chance of actually achieving.
04-19-2017 , 02:41 AM
M,

When you cut out all that sugar and bread cheese will become even tastier and a good nutritional source of your diet that is very satiating.

You're completely addicted to sugar, if you could just go like 2 straight weeks of <50 carbs every day I guarantee you your food cravings will disappear and dieting will become really easy(and real food will taste really fricking good)

Sounds like you should take up this chance to make money and stop giving it away to internet strangers, in that case.

If $500 is too much, do it for the amount you gave to BW.
