I'm out of town for work, just had a really bad two weeks mentally, so I'm relaxing and not thinking about limitations, working out, staying under calories, or not smoking this week. Having one day over my maintenance calories is no big deal.i enjoyed that ice cream and had fun. I will wear a bikini in June, but I still have 75lbs to lose and it's not gonna happen in two months. I'm not trying to lose the next 75lbs fast, I want to eliminate the possibility of lose skin as much as possible.
