You should read the first post in this log.

That plan has previously been instituted and didn't last a day.

If I was programming her, 1400-1800kcals is where I'd have her and the weight would fall off. It's so simple.

Lets not pretend that it requires any effort to make a diet plan for an obese woman.
06-27-2017 , 07:50 PM
That is true.

MLYLT,

How did you arrive at the entry that had "candian" bacon?

I see a possible winning day but it's only 9pm.

It's only 8pm here, but I'm about to go to bed.

Also: Egg McMuffin

Not quite loco, but lets move on.

MLY those canned green beans have a very low nutritional value btw. If you must eat them though, you should def go with the no salt version, which is around 10mg sodiyum instead of 400.

Beans like that are good in like a 3 bean salad with REAL BEANS like garbanzo beans and frijoles NEGROS.

I agree. She needs to push her end goal like 3 months though. But if she can get under 1800 cals every day for a week to start out it will be a huge improvement.

Diet is a funny thing, for some it is easy, G4S (who prob only got big for his sport, who stopped his sport, huge inner drive to achieve whatever fills the competitive void, in this case dropping some fat), Thremp (man-boy that doesn't know how to eat).

Now MLYLT on the other hand, she has some obstacles
1: She doesn't enjoy the gym, does she even go any more? If no, find a sport, ANY sport, you would enjoy, have fun with, go twice per week to start out.

2: She is a fatty, it is harder for fatties to get to non fatty. FFM have a passive burn, fat mass not so much.

3: Psychology. Some people eat when life gets ****ty, others lifts barbells.

So yes loosing weight is probably harder for MLYLT, but there is nothing you can do about that other than buckling up for the ride with the information that it will be a bumpy road.

The math is as many suggests ****ing simple, is all the other stuff that is the issue.

Booker,

Lol, I just scrolled by too and didn't read the log/description, but almost posted to say how delicious crispy skin chicken thighs are!

cookie,

While I'm sure "man-boy that doesn't know how to eat" is some sort of insult, I'm struggling to understand what exactly is meant by that.

I was weaned 30+ years ago if that was what you're implying.

Lol said something about my activity level the other day. Here is my current daily steps for the month. I could make a goal to increase this.

I just didn't want to. I get to play poker 1-2x a month, and I really enjoy it and don't want to give that up.
06-28-2017 , 09:03 AM
So when you say you're unable to buy groceries, you simply mean that you prefer to play poker.
