I'm taking the total of all the ingredients and dividing by portions.
The stir fry was 3 chicken breast, broccoli, carrots, and 210cals in sauce; I divided the stir fry into 3 portions.
The tacos were just tortillas and chicken meat. I got 9 tacos from 2 chicken breast.
I feel like I'm doing really well on calorie intake, but I could do a lot better with exercise. Right now I'm only swimming laps once a week, and I haven't even gone for a walk in two weeks. I think my depression is affecting me a lot and my energy levels are down. Code3 and I are still living together until I find a job; this really is the only option unless I pack everything and move to east Texas just to pack back up and move back to Dallas a couple of weeks later. My heart is really broken right now, I saw myself being with Code3 for the rest of my life, and all he wants to do is find someone better than me. I'm forcing myself to be happy and act like I'm not hurt, but I'm really hurting and when he's gone I just want to lay around and cry all day.
