Damn, I really need a slap, let my munchies get the best of me the past few days- pretty sure I've consumed my body weight in lasagna.
Switched to a 4day split as well at least until the December grind ends. My workouts last a bit longer and I'm really feeling a bit more tired as well at the end, don't know if that is a good thing or not.
The beginning of the next year will be a cluster**** as well. I need to sort out moving to Budapest, getting official documentations and **** like that also still have 1 exam to get my diploma...sleep is for people with no caffeine I guess.

Thanks man. It won't be easy to pass the last exam as I care very little about it tbh. My life would change exactly 0.000000000000000000001% so there is that.
I hope it will be cool as a lot of my friends are there and I'll be living with 2 of my mates so should be good.
From January/February I'm going to start a slow enough cut (200-300kcal deficit) and clean eating like a baws(supaclean)
Next week I'm going to a doctor to see whats up with my hernia situation. Wish me luck

A bit of pain in my back, but I would guess that is from sitting at the computer grinding my ass off. Going to try to pay a bit more attention to the posture.

Back pain is a bit better, but I had a rough 2-3 days with it. Def going to take it slower and work on form before I add more plates. Although the multiple hour sitting def not doing any favors to my back situation.

On the positive side I made some nice progress this year, especially since joining this forum. I went from "I doN't know what I'm doing" to "that is the way I want to go"...which is a nice start.

Next year's goals are not in numbers, rather just a vague "do the best I can". Don't try to jump plates too quickly and work on my core/stretch every day and progress slowly but surely. Also add/try different sports to my schedule now that I'm moving to Budapest- that ought to shake things up!
