Back pain is a bit better, but I had a rough 2-3 days with it. Def going to take it slower and work on form before I add more plates. Although the multiple hour sitting def not doing any favors to my back situation.
On the positive side I made some nice progress this year, especially since joining this forum. I went from "I doN't know what I'm doing" to "that is the way I want to go"...which is a nice start.
Next year's goals are not in numbers, rather just a vague "do the best I can". Don't try to jump plates too quickly and work on my core/stretch every day and progress slowly but surely. Also add/try different sports to my schedule now that I'm moving to Budapest- that ought to shake things up!
