I love nattyornot. He is awesome. He has an awesome post on athlean-x.

Jeff is tiny (5'9" 165) and this guy is ranting about his paper thin skin and extreme upperbody musculature. On purpose he made him like 5'7".

Nobody cares wether he is serious or not. It's just funny and obviously he makes his main point extremely clear (YouTube infested with fake nattys).

Somebody in the MLYLT thread went on a huge rant because he got banned and said I am worthless. I been banned from three personal logs, including bdiddys (lol).

I am glad thremp could figure out I post a lot of worthless stuff. After all, I solved obesity with three cans of tuna for breakfast.

MLYLT actually ate two cans of tuna for breakfast one day and there was a huge derail about tuna poisoning.

I really thought I was toning it down the older I got. But maybe one more notch outta do it.

Nah I have never done that, I like "anorexic" chicks. My two current targets are 5'1 95 and 5'5 100.

Evo calling loco mestizo and other such old school latinx terminology (slurs?) will never fail to kill me. I've been walking through Costco giggling to myself about it for the last fifteen minutes.

How important is cooking at home to being ripped and strong? How much more difficult would it be if we had to eat every meal out of the house?

Depends a lot on how much you have to spend on eating out and where you live. But in a major metropolitan area with good income should be no problem.

Glad this is amusing. There is nothing archaic about these terms, nor the differentiation between "latino" and "hispanic". I have 0 spanish ancestry on my dad's side, so am half Zambo and not mestizo.


Of course there is a lot of ethnic diversity in south+central America, just like in North America. Within Mestizo groups, some are mixed eurotardian and different kinds of indigenous peoples. Some indigenous peoples are short, squat, and fat genetically. Others are tall, robust, and strong. The degree of west African heritage varies considerably too.


Just taking one look at him pre-lifting or his inability to gain even a basic standard of lifting mobility that literally hundreds of HFers have started well beyond without doing any special mobility work should immediately tell you which group loco comes from.

I mean no offense loco, that means you just worked that much harder to get where you were relative to like RealB or N1H or somebody similarly genetically gifted. Loco=among the most genetically cursed (for bodybuilding and fitness) members of this forum along with SenseiSingh (RIP).

It's really only difficult in a tracking sense.

I enjoy the consistency and ease of doing it all at home, but it could be done, sure.

As a smaller person, I have a hard time keeping my weight down when I eat out often. The portion sizes are too large imo.

I am half euro/ half Aztec. So yes, mestizo.

I have a very small bone structure, the smallest for any male around here. And obviously bone structure extremely correlated with max muscle potential. But that's partially offset by full muscle bellys. For years and years I have have challenged any natty around here to a nood-off. Obviously I would lose to fakeb now that he is 20lbs heavier than me but it has always been crickets when I offered the nood-off (obviously because everyone fat).

So no I don't have the worst genes around. Full muscle bellys save me and certain muscle groups like quads and triceps grow freaky on me. I am 40 in October and my physique natty is like 1/10000 maybe even better!! Obviously I am in a very good place.

And once I add some T, it's on. I will probably challenge realb and and the gorilla in a thong-off. The gorilla maintains 250lbs by doing 20 total reps of lifting for the week. Many days it's one max single and back home.

A couple of months ago I really thought I was ready for the plunge. I got limp dick with a girl and I started freaking out. It has never happened when I have been lean.

But I concluded it was the energy drinks. I had 500mg of caffeine. I hate blow because the limp dick affects me a bunch. And I now really believe so does large doses of caffeine. That's going to be my full reasoning for going on the T, to keep a younger man's sexual vigor. Maybe it's stupid but I am still good for now. Slowing down since 39 but still solid and occasionally rock hard.
