You just discredit whatever I did natty now? Never mind how I pressed 205, benched 275x8 and benched 335. Most of my gains were aesthetic because I just lift and don't care to be optimal so pretty much on par with results prior as a natty.

Plenty strong natty lifters 20-23 years old here. 675 deadlift @ 181 to go along with 575 squat and 420 bench. Multiple 440+ squats 500+ deadlifts at 148-165

Undoubtedly, 90% of the people bench pressing 315lbs and above are not natural unless they weigh 315lbs of pure fat themselves. Benching such high numbers requires muscle mass and strength that are simply out of most people’s reach.

Nattyornot has spoken. Max natty bench for a 170lber is about 300.

Lmaooo at 300 at 170. I know you're almost 30 years outta high school but that bench is nothing special except when you're in high school and that happens. It's facking one high school in Hawaii and I see it. Imagine Texas where they actually really lift.

Some 14 year old girl just hit a 325 deadlift at 105. Fake natty 14 years old.

I agree with realb. It's not exactly shocking that a forum full of thin wristed aspie poker playing betas aren't going to top out at anything impressive when most started lifting long after high school, even without taking into account the fact that few of us are actually genetically predisposed to be anything other than average physically. It doesn't mean being actually strong and lean is impossible.

I find him the most entertaining poster on the forum, and in top 5 informative.


However whenever steroids are brought up he becomes frothing and rabid. But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he's trolling and there's no way he believes he'll get on 500mg test/wk and begin lat pulldown+leg press+smith machine incline 4 lyfe program and become master's olympia in 2 years. Plenty of the 315 benches from nattys are kinda just really good technique/efficient CNS/short ROM so it doesn't take nearly as much muscle mass as nattyornot is proclaiming.

So, while in my current deficit (read: cut?) I decided that I wanted cereal. I haven't had cereal in years and have never weighed/measured a bowl.

TIL, every bowl of cereal I ate from the ages of 6-35 was easily over 1000kcal.

The tiny bowl of Raisin Bran I had this morning was 680kcal of my daily budget. That won't be a habit during times like these. Sheesh.
