I haven't done this in about 2 years, but I'm regularly doing incline bb, incline db, flat db, and pushups.
For anyone who wasn't a log reader when I kept up with it:
I've had problems with my proximal bicep while benching. It's the area where the pec and bicep connect just under the armpit, since 2011. It's ONLY ever been on the right side, never once on the left. Pullups also aggravate the area, but again ONLY the right side. I've played around with a ton of different mobility works, exercises, grip widths, etc.
I still do inclines and used to get minor pain in the same area, but it wasn't nearly as much. Lately, I've been doing the Andrew Lock drills for benching I posted in loco's log. Now, 0 pain in the area from inclines. Decided to try flat benching with reasonable weights today to see how it looked/felt. REALLY want to be able to flat bench pain free one of these days so I can powerlift, although I guess just from inclining+flat db+pushups I'd probably get enough carryover to still have a decent bench press.
This is a smaller and, uh, less eccentric group than the forum I previously moderated; I'd guess there'll be less drama. At least until the next H&F WW game.
We just have to hope [redacted] doesn't decide to go on a health kick.
BAM--a decent night's sleep! Amazing what a difference it can make when you're on a zombie-roll. Now if I could just do something about this "feeling nauseous every time I eat" thing.
Isn't Aidan the one who's supposed to have to be dealing with this stuff? Or, his wife?
nah **** that tradition, mod=log. I like these two because we got one guy with abs and one guy with the lifts. The balance of sf and hf.
Monte would have gotten some serious use out of that fainting couch if a couple of years ago you told him he'd be referred to as the "guy with abs".
One potentially funny side effect of this whole thing is that if anyone looks back at old posts there's gonna be a lot of commentary on Aidan and his modding, but it may not be clear that he wasn't a mod then.
I actually like ABs not-being-around approach to modding, but if we have to have mods, then Aidan and Monte are elite choices.

Life has entered a slightly more settled sleep pattern. She had been suffering epic "morning" sickness, which has going most of the night... good practice I guess!

I don't expect anything to change, tbh. I've always appreciated how the forum has run.
Pretty sure he only has 10k of the action and that the rest is bet on the side, but yes. I'm essentially certain it's impossible given he's not a competitive eater, but I suppose we'll see.

if you put some smuckers jelly on the mcdonalds breakfast sandwiches, anything is possible
