Apparently the fibers used by Quest/others, IMOs/corn fiber, has debatable calorie content, couldn't find any solid links off-hand though. If someone feels like googling up a storm that'd be nice. It seems unlikely that calorie content should be actual zero for that type of fiber though, adding 30-50 cals per 100g to the listed content.
