Eddie Hall wins!

And they said picking the events to perfectly suit his skill set could never work!

Spoiler:
It is so important to eat your ten thousand calories per day. So important!

He did what(ever) it took, then promptly retired from wsm after winning. As an athlete, I love that.

Guy in locker room TRing his recent bodybuilding competition. Tells his buddy he got on stage 170 2% bf. This guy has more back fat than BtM. But then I realized he prob has no head fat so 2% probably legit.

That's behind Demichile ripped.

Even someone like G4S would have to cut to 180 to get to 2%. Cha would have to cut to 140.
05-30-2017 , 03:24 PM
I would have laughed if he honestly said 2% and asked him if he thinks the Mr. Olympia guys are at 1% then.
05-30-2017 , 03:44 PM
That's the real problem with bodyfat numbers, there are several (read: most/all) methods that would have someone read at ~2%. So I wouldn't be surprised if that was the number he was given.

My buddy who preps people for shows stops measuring (using 7 point caliper) when they get down near that range cause the numbers start to get lol.

BF numbers should just be a tool to measure progress, using consistent variables every time you're measured.

Yeah it's ultra tilting bbers on the internet/in person vastly underestimating bf numbers. Now when somebody types or says 14% I think more like 25%. Any sign of abs while flexing in god tier lighting, everyone will say sub 10%.

Just started doing 5mins/day to prehab shoulder impingements.

We have a never ending supply of free Quest bars at work. Irony level: I don't like em.
06-01-2017 , 12:53 AM
****ing Quest bars. Was on special offer for less than a $1 here. Bought 40. Regretted it, chewy stuff imo.

Chocolate chip imo. Clean protein bars taste awful but they're fantastic for cutting.
06-01-2017 , 01:19 AM
protein bars are never awesome for cutting, what?
06-01-2017 , 01:21 AM
IIFYM
06-01-2017 , 01:28 AM
sure, but that doesn't make a food "awesome" for cutting. 315 cals/100 g is not awesome by any stretch of the imagination (from http://www.questnutrition.com/protei...ugh-box-of-12/).

Mayonaise though

Cookies and cream also tasty. Just tried mocha chocolate chip and they're quite good.

Protein bars are elite for traveling, and I use them while cutting, regardless of what Frenchie McNoQuads says.

ETA: And you actually converted the calories to per 100 g, which is larger than a bar, to be somehow even more Eurotarded. Impressive work.

Quest bars are very high satiety ime. I think it's the high fiber content. I made them taste better by spreading a small amount (10-15g) of peanut butter on top.

The entire world except USA#1111111 uses cals/100 g to huh I dunno, compare calories more efficiently across food stuffs? I know, radical concept.

Sure they're nice for traveling. I have no idea what that has to do with "awesome for cutting" though. I'd say that "awesome for cutting" means something that has high satiety for low cals. Protein bars fail on one of those criteria, including quest bars.

Awesome for cutting means it has to have high satiety per calorie, it doesn't necessarily have to have a low amount of calories per gram.
