Let me know how it works out! I'd start with the paprikash if you love thighs. I somehow haven't done that recipe you've posted, even though I love cabbage, so I'll make it Friday and report back.

We probably need a cooking thread in here.

RTS website imo. Not super user friendly on mobile but powerful.

Eta: sucks for cross posting to log though.

We have a cooking thread somewhere, no?
05-04-2017 , 02:51 AM
I think this is the politest thread title for a LC thread I have ever seen. All it needed was a milady in it to top it off!

Aidan,

are you thinking of the "big batches" thread or a generic cooking thread? Because I don't think we have the latter, though MLY's thread is slowly going in that direction.

Montecore,

Bookmarked your post, thanks

Soulman,

Think it might be more accurate to say MLYLT's thread is slowly going in the direction of the fast food discussion/review thread in OOT.

Very true.

pretty sure there's an old recipe thread from years ago, ill bump it so we can get some new ideas posted

monte, I made the grilled marinated chicken and tomatoes with basil chimichurri that you recommended in Josie's thread last night and it was awesome. the marinade is great, almost doesn't even need the chimichurri sauce. only problem with it was I was hungry like two hours later despite eating 1 lb of chicken. great list btw

Cheers, guys!

Thanks for bumping the cooking thread, bnuts. I think we have enough bros that cook that it should get a bit more traffic these days.

I use jefit, it's ok, I think I paid for it. Before that I used one I wrote myself.

I made the carne asada from seriouseats. It's a good recipe. Lots of good bodybuilding friendly recipes on there, not surprised monte making all kinds of leangains despite wife+family+grownup obligations, nutrition is actually pretty damn important.

Are there real benefits to using a sauna after working out?
05-04-2017 , 10:20 AM
no
05-04-2017 , 10:21 AM
Its a good place to see a bunch of limp dick if you're into that thing.

Wouldn't that be a mirror?

Lol, you lost me at 'limp'.

I am skeptical but trying to determine if there's a real physical benefit to hitting the sauna and extending my gym time by 20 min.

There is always placebo, which is definitely real. Though posting ITT may have ruined it. Solution: don't ask questions, go by instinct and feels.
