First time benching in a while. Not too hard but my form didnt seem very good.

Did a few hang cleans with 95 but my knee was sore so I cut it short.

Bro day:
Bench: WU, 165x 4, 4?, 5
I think I could have got more on the first two sets but i didnt have a spotter. Last set I was just feeling it and went for it.
Press: 85x5, 105x5x2
Trying to get more reps in as assistance
Dumbell bench: 35s x 10
Chins: 6x3
Also did some leg extensions and leg curls only with left leg on the machines for knee rehab.
