Also this is the CF games open qualifier. I'm sure form is lol great after 90+ snatch reps in 10 minutes.

Workout 12.2

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs)
Max Rep Snatch (M 210 / F 120 lbs)

This workout begins from the standing position. The athlete will complete all reps at the first weight before advancing to the next weight. Score is total reps completed in 10min.

March goals consist of getting at least a little bit stronger and not straying too far from 181 so I can easily make weight for my first PL meet in April

And lacrosse ball I hope.

Out of the 30 mins I spent doing SMR today I'd say I spent 5 on the roller. YMMV and I was using a PVC pipe, not a rumble roller. But still, the lacrosse ball is more or less the nuts, it can get all up ons any place I need to hammer.

Had a guy actually come up and talk to me about my squats. He asked how long it took to get to that weight, we talked about form, deadlifting, and how most people's form is terrible.

Reverse GGO?

What are your thoughts on the MET-RX BIG100 colossal bars? I just saw them in Publix today and bought 2 of them - just had one and it tastes really good.
410 calories, 32g protein. But I notice the first ingredient is Soy.

I really want a solid meal replacement bar for post workout and while I'm playing poker.

omgomgomgomg So I got a new boss at my pt job. He's totally awesome and used to be a powerlifter. Did 385lb bench @ 181 but mostly competed equipped. Career ended by motorcycle accident. Still a total 180 from the last guy who was broscience/supersets/muscle confusion bro to the max. Saw him training a middle aged female client today. Squats, step ups, push ups, dips. Legit.

What's with weightlifters and motorcycle accidents?

N4rf it sounds like a good opportunity to get something you want even if it's just all your meals cooked for a while, your house cleaned, w/e

Soulman is changing jobs and can't post as much? That might make me and Snitch 1 and 2 in these threads by default.

I didn't post as much last month, but then again Feb is a ripoff anyway.

My only goals this month are to jump higher. I should prob take some measurements so I can actually measure progress

I also take full responsibly for the worst OP of all time. My sleep has been so effed up all week due to sickness.

Maybe I'll post some pics of random ish at the top of the next page

I'm starting a double Smolov Jr thing for press and squat, with a slightly reduced workload and 3 sessions/week instead of 4. What kind of assistance stuff should I do? I guess some posterior chain and some pullups/light upper back?

What?! An athlete using testosterone??

http://espn.go.com/mma/story/_/id/76...one-injections
03-02-2012 , 11:12 AM
It was just to bring his testosterone up to normal levels, though

Ive actually been hassling an older workmate of mine (late 50s, semi serious cyclist) to go to one of those aging specialist doctors to get some test. Im sure he could get some, and im sure he'd see positive effects day to day.

Hi March,

Goals for this month is to just not quit the life style changes I've started in February.

Currently:

Squat: 160
Bench: 100
Deads: 175
Press: 80
Chinups: 0
Pullups: 0

Bodyweight ~240 (it varies based on where I stand on the cheap scale lulz)

Excited to benchmark next month.
