Is this a 70s Big troll? it's lol either way.

Conventional is just infinitely more bad ass.

I plan to run a few cycles of sumo after the meet, for the record.

I just envision some firefighter needing to pick up a heavy beam off my leg and he has to get into the sumo DL position to lift it. Just kill me now.

What if instead it was a huge metal weight covering a button that would call a helicopter to safely take you out of the jungle?

my DL rom is like 3 times that guy's, still pretty damn impressive though, rulez is rulez.

"Pretty cool" my ass! More like mind blowing. Turns out my bench and ohp, aka the lifts that piss me off and make me feel weak, have entered intermediate range. Squat not trailing too badly. However, my dl, aka my pride and joy, isn't far out of novice range.

Mind officially blown. Guess I'm reading up on dl form tomorrow

Is there any place that has full coverage/videos of the Arnold competition? I've just picked up little tidbits here and there from posts on here/other message boards.

thoughts on powdered peanut butter? Does it taste good? Nutrient dense? Is it too calorie dense for someone trying to lose weight?

Has anyone else used http://www.bodyrock.tv/? I guess probably not since it seems primarily aimed at girls, but it seems like an OK method of getting some high intensity(-ish) cardio at home. Also the girl that does most of the videos is British which gives me a natural affinity for her.

gizmo has a girl crush on zuzana, but she isn't a part of that anymore i guess.

I'm thinking PJo got some of this, but I don't recall his review of the product.

good for stuff like shakes and baking, terribad for anything else imo. Calories arent too bad, its like ~50 for a serving and adds a decent enough taste to a shake.

Also its rather expensive unless you do some searching, so dont just get it on amazon

This is all assuming youre talking about PB2 lol
03-06-2012 , 01:35 PM
yes, pb2. i only wanna use it in shakes. is it at grocery stores? i feel like ive never seen it anywhere.

edit: i'll probably just buy it directly from their site.

There's that story of a woman DLing a car to save her child. Do you think she could do that pulling conventional?

Has anyone tried or considered doing a chaos & pain type training routine? I found this article and assume it's pretty much what people are talking about when they say they are doing CnP for their training: http://chaosandpain.blogspot.com/200...in-basics.html

I have a lot of respect for the guy (even though I think some of his principles in fitness/nutrition are a little... I dunno what the word is... but he's pretty adamant about keto for example), and I have a lot of respect and interest in the "just do what you can in the gym (which means more than you think you can)" type of training mentality and I think it'd vibe with me very well. Probably not for a cut, which I seems to always be on, but whatever.

Also, I'd love to be doing Bears and Super Bears in my training routine one day...

Thoughts?
