Frebroary goals
1. Improve form on sumo DL Win! Form feels solid
2. Squat 3x5x112.5kg Win! Did it earlier this week
3. 1K chinups/pullups Fail! Was on pace until my upper back started to give mr problems about half way in to febroary
Mars goals
1. DL 5x115kg
2. Squat 3x5x118.1kg
3. Bench 1x100kg (one time plz)
4. OHP 1x60kg
5. No problems with upper back/knees
So a girl I'm sleeping with wants to go to the gym more, so I proposed we make a bet (non monetary). But I'm sort of drawing a blank on good ideas if she loses the bet. depends on what you're going for. Oral may not be anything new but may be enough to get her to go.
oh yeah, time for some goals after not setting any febroary goals:
- <85kg , hopefully less (87.2kg this morning)
- at least 9 gym workouts
- squat finally above 3x3x100kg (PR is 3x3x97.5kg, but in december. never above 3x3x90kg since then)
having a friends bachelor party this weekend (hello liquid calories!) and his wedding at the end of the month and maybe ept campione last week in march (not sure yet if i go). therefore setting the goals low, but gonna be disappointed if i fail them.
