I'm pretty drunk right now, bro. So I can level with a bro. Sounds like you've got some irl sh*t happening and that's not something you can always control. And obv that often comes with bad sh*t like eating, drinking and smoking, and while obviously the best way to mitigate the damage from that kind of stuff is to just not do it, that's also not always practical, but often, what is easy to do, and easy to control is getting out and doing some work. Doing your 2.35mi walk is great. Doing your pullups is great. Keep doing that whenever you can. Don't forget the simple sh*t you can do. Walk, run, pullups, pushups, burpees. Go go go. Get this life sh*t done.
