Gym Day

Squats 2x5 235, didn't do a third set because my knee was feeling a little iffy, and I went down doing a warmup body weight squat and my knee and hamstring were real off so I just said forget it.

Bench 2x5 175 1x3 175

Iso lateral decline hammer strength machine 3x6 180

Hope knee is okay, don't think it's a huge deal...hope I'm right about that.

Gym Day

Squats, warmed up with 95, and when I finished, my knee was bothering me, then I went up to 135 continuing the warm up and my knee still felt bad, so I didn't do any real work sets, I'm hoping it will work itself out, because it hasn't been bothering me outside of squatting...time will tell

Press 3x5 120. They weren't easy, but I got a good pump out of it, it was nice.

Flat bar curl 2x10 60 1x7 60

Hammer curls 1x6 25 2x8 maybe, for some reason I can't remember, might have been 10.

Last month diet was better than it had been, but still not good enough. This is by far and away the hardest part of...everything. And I hate it as much as anyone hates anything. But I have to keep on going. Despite that poop diet, I was still able to drop 8.5 lbs. last month, and hopefully this month can be even better. Troubling, is the fact that my knee still is iffy, and too iffy to be squatting or deadlifting, but I will have to incorporate some form of weight training while continuing to get some intervals and runs in.

First time in over a month, knee has still been a little bit of an issue, but I went and did a more low bar technique than I have in forever, and it felt pretty strong.

Squat 3x5 215

Press 1x5 120 2x3 120 Did not feel as strong clearly. But it has been a while.

Hammer curls 3x10 22.5

Legs feel like mush, going to be super sore real soon.

Worked out in buddy's garage who does nothing but the sweet sweet compound lifts so worked on my forms and did some DLs for the first time since March

Squats 2x3 235 1x3 245 2x3 255

Press 1x4 115 1x5 115

DL 2x5 205

I'm excited about progressing with much better form. Stay tuned.
