Yeah, that's probably not going to happen. I'm going to wait for as long as it takes for it to feel better, probably be doing the exercises I feel comfortable doing with some definite bro work, and doing more things like HIIT and playing hockey, until I have no pain whatsoever, and then I will be going back to squatting and deadlifting.

Also, I vow to never squat any real weight again without a belt. I think I belt would be very helpful in ending this pain.

Fly machine, don't remember the weight, and it's different from other one I used to use.

Tricep pulldowns...who gives a ****?

Push ups, went for 25 straight and end of workout, only could muster 24, but I went as hard as possible, so that's good.

I hate bro work. Need to plan workouts better, was like wandering around wondering what to do. Ghey.

Barbell rows 2x8 95 I didn't do these with perfect, or even remotely non-dog poop form. They were bothering my neck, back, pussy, and crack so I stopped after two sets even though the weight wasn't that bad.

Back extensions 3x15, these were murderous.

Squats 2x5 225 1x4. Wore a belt for the first time since starting SS...it was kinda weird, have to get more comfortable with it. Also bitched out last rep, that was weak.

Bench 1x3 205 1x2 205 1x3 205, bad form in middle set made me nervous about last rep.

Wanted to deadlift but the area was packed because of stupid trainer taking up all space training one girl how to poorly squat just the bar, and I had dinner plans

Squats 3x5 225 despite terrible DOMS I got all of them. Once I got going, the DOMS weren't too bad though. Last set I had my belt on wrong and it was digging into me and bothering the **** out of me, still got it though.
