If I weigh myself at roughly the same time every time I do a weigh in, I'm confident the numbers are a reasonable estimation of how I'm doing.
Anyway, I'm back from Vegas.
The good: I lost weight while in Vegas. Incredible.
The bad: I basically quit logging, it was a giant PITA due to oddly timed meals with no idea how many calories many of them had.
Variance: Was highly stressed during/after the main, so my appetite was significantly down (still is a bit), which might have a lot to do with the weight loss.
Will start logging again today religiously and trying to re-regulate my eating into something approaching normalcy. I'm pretty sure there were a couple of days where I was well under 1K calories, which isn't really sustainable long term.
