Learned a valuable lesson today
if toward the end of your set you find yourself gasping for air, don't take the time to catch some. I suspected as much for a little bit and on my 2nd and 3rd set of the bench I was really struggling for air and just said "no air" to myself and both went up pretty ****in easily.
