impromptu cape cod trip with a friend. i could definitely get used to eating an entire meal every 2-3 hours. salmon stuffed crab stuffed in a salmon in a crab shell x1000

You know what eggs benedict has always been missing? A crabcake underneath it.

(opposite is lobster eggs benedict. lolbster is more like it.

No cardio, just didn't have it in me. Skipped ab/adductor stuff, I have this weird limp in the top of my hip. It doesn't hurt and I don't feel it but I noticed I can't really walk right. Been like this for about 10 days now
BW: 194.0 +2lbs and I do not expect to see much weight shed off from salt and whatever else this time around. I ate a ****ing LOT of food during that trip. I regret nothing.

diet feelings wim and everything besides bw is in the gutter
took a week off the ephedrine just to see if i'd miss it, fear of addiction. definitely no problems but wow is it effective. even after all this time, i was fine on 2 meals a day without really trying at ALL and 50mg ephedrine. off the stuff I'm on 4 meals of the same food and wanting to snack in between.

I've had free passes to a gym for months now and remembered to use them for the first time today.

I walk in and WTF. There's this huge UFC octagon in the middle. In the cage there is all this mystery equipment.


Does anyone know what any of this stuff is used for?

Moving on I see a room with no people in it and numbers all over the place.

The floor and walls light up at random times. My guess is this is some kind of Twister sex dungeon???

Another room with more mystery equipment but also some stuff that definitely looks cool

-Ropes in the foreground, SICK. I want my workouts to be loud.
- A (the) place to squat in the very back unless you don't need safetys.

All the machines use phantom measurement system. I like this, because the machine's doing all the work anyways, and now nobody can say "oh yeah I bench 365 too I just do it on the machine" Machines are for pussies, and the highest weight we deserve to say is "eighteen"

Gym is $10/month but if I want all that mystery equipment, punching pad machine, 3 tires, C2 Rowers, and even elastic bands(LOL) it's $40/month.
$20/month gets me all the bro and cardio stuff but also unlimited tanning and some hydro massage that felt like sitting in front of a jacuzzi jet for too long. Yeah, no thanks.

Locker room is legit and I christened the gym by puking for the first time in ages in the toilet. No lid above the seat to rest in between puke waves is a big minus though
The weights are these weird frisbee disc things and the 10s and 5s are inexplicably red. Bars are definitely cheap.

TIRE FLIPS: 8x132 2x8x172 8x132. Oh my god this was fun and brutal. My legs were cramping and shaking uncontrollably and my chest was burning like I just did some actual exercise.

-Tricep Machine thing: 2x10x"9" uh oh, not sure if I'm gonna make it. Okay, now I'm sure I'm not going to make it
PUKE. puke in the sink. recover. puke in the toilet for a good five minutes. CHEERLEADER DIET

-Neo Matrix cardio. 30 minutes between 3 and 3.7mph.

-Some low back reverse crunch machine. I tried to see if I could do this without hurting my back and I did fine. Erectors above the lower back are pretty pumped but it feels good. I'm a little stiff now but it's probably more from tire flippin than anything else

-Chest Press machine: 2x8x"8"


overall, good. No sauna is a big issue at $40/month. The gym offers what I'm guessing is a lot of the crossfit equipment at 1/3 the price. I have a few more free sessions so I'll feel it out. Honestly the tires are probably enough to sway me, that was so much goddamn fun. Showers and bathroom are a little nicer, and that weird mystery room in 1st picture is included in $10/month. I have no idea what 30% of the equipment in this gym does though.

forgot I did pec flies at the end until I started feeling tired. probably 40 light reps, just wanted to see if I could do them without hurting myself since I've been doing a good amount of mobility stuff

definitely a little more lukewarm on this gym today. I walked in and there were four separate classes going on.

1 A woman's fitness thing where they decided to let the doors open so everyone, and I mean everyone, could hear the music and the requisite "come on girls you can do it!" from the instructor/dance coordinator. What a great job that has to be. Exercise + yell = trainer

2 that middle cage thing that you guys said was a BW cage. wow. watching zumba is embarassing enough but this was filled with guys under 40. have some self respect jesus christ. Woman running it apparently has to tap in to the entire loudspeaker system for the entire gym so all six trainees can hear her. Seriously, full volume, everywhere in the gym, everyone is listening to a woman yell commands for people we can't see. WTF

3 The fake Crossfit section had a class going on. And they didn't even use any of the mystery equipment so I could figure out what it's for. No tire flips and so much for doing standing OHP. Also, there's no excuse for a gym packed with what has to be at least $50,000 worth of equipment that has never helped anyone accomplish anything ever to not have a single ab wheel. there is a sled though which is legit as ****

4 A spin class upstairs, couldn't see or hear them but when they left damn that place was ****ing packed.

I tried the GHR, this didn't feel good at all. machine > ghr
All of the girls are very hot and I am the tallest and biggest guy I've seen in the gym so far. Probably the closest I'll ever get to the Playboy mansion.

Seated calf raises 3x10x195. legs still fried and this made my calves go crazy with spasms. whoops

A while back with the dizziness I decided to WIM and jump on the treadmill the second I felt dizzy and just walk until it went away. This was so effective I ended up doing a set, sitting, getting dizzy, walking to the treadmill, walking for 3 minutes (3 mph) and then doing another set.

It felt incredible, like steroids or when Popeye ate spinach. Just immediately took all the bad away and I could go back and do another set with no issue. I toyed around with this and tweaked a few things and I basically ended up at the point where I was a GGO who would lift-sit-run-repeat all the time.

Naturally I did this for weeks before Googling anything but after doing some research it looks like I have something called orthostatic hypotension or something similar to it. Stems from low blood pressure, which I remember seeing despite being a fat a while back.

Turns out it also has to do with postural changes, which explains why it would hit me so much harder after I sit. Symptoms line up pretty well. Kinda busy and didn't get too much info WRT treatment so that'll have to wait a few days but at least I know WTF is going on.

if only there was some sort of drug out there that could raise my blood pressure, maybe while increasing my ability to pack on LBM. oh well.
