Bench I am very help with but my shoulders(near tricep/biceps) felt really warm, just like they did after the last press, kinda sucky
Dead, I noticed I've had a stiff back after all my sessions when I went for speed so I tried to go for singles. My back felt pretty ****ing tight after but I feel better now, idk

I got close to extra reps on every set of the press, which is great cuz that means Wednesday I'm gonna blast that **** to the ****in moon.
Pullups, ****, I dunno, I guess adding 1lb a side is just an astronomical jump in weight.
Pretty pumped for 2nite tho, gonna be epic trying to watch a referee, a few security guards, Bruce Buffer, and Anderson Silva's corner try to stop Chael Sonnen from beating Anderson Silva to death tonight. They'll probably stop him, but I fully anticipate today being the last day Anderson Silva gets to walk again.

Squats easy
Press, ****ing blazing fast. The first set of five was the best five reps I've done in ages. Absolutely zero shoulder pain after, I was granite solid the entire time, and my cardio was fine. I was really winded on the third set and I really feel that was the only reason I couldn't move it. My conditioning has gone up dramatically lately. I'm equating it to going for 1x5 on DL instead of 5x1. Felt amazing. After second set I went mini gorilla and beat the crap out of the bar.
Deadlift: These also felt very good. The first two were back-to-back and from there out I just took my time. Less than 5 minutes though so still not terrible for me.
Amazing session.
Oh yeah, only 3 hours of sleep. I was nodding off before I even started deadlifting. I usually get 9 hours firm.

I really don't want to quit squatting because I like doing it, but they **** me up, so I just do them once a week on my DL day, and do RDLs on the other two days to help keep my legs toned. Hopefully this will be enough to at least maintain strength on the squat without feeling any pain.
Plus, dem Romaleos aint cheap

I;m sure you care.. you're stronger than I am at everything except bench pressing right now, which is unfortunately the most important lift.. I quit reading this log again.
