Definitely. I especially love Lyle's analysis of how a ridiculous macronutrient shift of 1000 calories of carbs -> fat buys you a whopping 30 calories of TEF. Good stuff.

I'm sounding like a Kiefer apologist here, and I'm really not, but man you guys always take the "calorie is not a calorie" way too literally. Nowhere does Kiefer suggest you can lose weight without a negative caloric balance. His (and other proponents of various macro manipulation diets) belief is that food choice, training, and timing can manipulate how efficiently the body uses it's fuel.

I would ask someone like spenda, why do you a big refeed every 5-6 days? And how has he maintained lean with regular 10kcal binges?
