On another note, I took about a month off of lifting due to life getting in the way and trying to heal. Finally made it back into the gym this morning. Saw a skinny mid-20's kid walk in. Figured he would do machines/cardio crap since that is what they usually do. I was surprised to see him back squat, bench and then deadlift. I think he may have just started SS since that was the rep range he was doing and was using low weights. Hope to see him around more and hope he asks for some help sometime. I didn't notice his form on squats or bench, but his DLs need some work.
