Weighed in at 131.4 lbs today. Maintaining caloric surplus is easier than i thought. My chest/arms/abs look a teensy bit bigger imo.
Bad news is I haven't slept more than 3 hours the last 2 nights. The melatonin helps a little but not enough to put me down. I woke up today feeling totally wired and anxious. I'm sitting in my room doing nothing right now and my heart rate is 105.
I just took a xanax.
Yesterday did upper body, but had to stop during the 2nd session cuz I was starting to feel like I was about to have a heart attack.
