pryess - 141.25x5x3
front skwat - 225x3x2
press - felt pretty good. final set, last two reps were slow and the last was almost a miss but I got it.
front squats were harder than they shoulda been. I planned on doing 3 sets but meh. I guess just not doing the movement in a while means I lost a few pounds on it. Then again, I think the max workset I did for FSs was either 235 or 240, so I guess this shoulda been hard. Did chins between the sets. I can pretty much do 1 full dead hang now.
the movement of stuff in my gym is major gayballs, just cuz the big bencher dudes are a fairly large group and the corner gets crammed when we're all tryin' to get strong. And now apparently all that strong man stuff cuz the gym they moved it to never had any room for it. i have no idea if it's going back to the way it is. for now, I think not.
Might not matter as I may be moving to the Hudson, MA area. Not sure yet, but I'm exploring the opportunity through work. Then I'll be able to workout with BRUISSSSERRRRR.
diet update: since monday PWO is my official weigh in time, scale read 219.5 just now. I'll call it 220 as I sip my PWO shake with a scoop of yummy ice cream in it. Still gonna be <2300 cals today. Farmer John's Smoked Ham is the ****. So 9-10 lbs in 3 weeks. Nice. As progress slows I'll need to plug a few leaks but steady as she goes for now.
