double over. Kinda tough. Bit rushed due to gym closing so I skipped a normal warmup at 275 and went 225->315 and that felt heavy. But I did it. If I could do 365x5 double over I'd be pretty pumped.
Not sure how much longer I can DL 3x/wk but I think next week will be fine. After that might get tough.
the official start of re-starting strength. Going to stick to a M/W/F schedule. Starting a little light and keeping rests short to try to get a little cardio and muscular endurance benefit. We'll see how it goes.

weighed 217.6 on sunday. measurements and **** later.
Am I missing something here or did you lose 40 lbs in 4 days?
An alcoholic buddy of mine weighs 171. He goes on drinking binges where he blacks out and just drinks for three days. He checked himself into hospital where they put him on an IV, he weighed 154 at the hospital (i forget if it was a three or four day bender). I thought that was kinda of interesting.
Skipped DLs tonight for a couple reasons. One I felt like trash and this session was woat. but even going in I planned to skip because my left hip/hip flexor has been a little annoying so figured I'd give it a break. Did some chins instead.
Ate terribly Monday and Tuesday, including beers last night, which did not help. On poverty cals today tomorrow and maybe Friday to balance it out.
so week has been a fail thus far. Been in the office late and wanted to watch Cs and lottery so didn't lift past two days. Same deal with tonight, got home late. But I just busted out 100 swings and a bunch of KB presses.
Won't lift tomorrow either because I have an after-work engagement, but should be able to get some swings in.
