Went to Vegas for a mtt so no kettle bell .

Pushups

Total : 100

Body weight squats 3x20

6/10

Pushups
1x29
1x21
1x16
Squats
1x100

Realized u can do a lot more pushups if you just do them really fast. Not sure if that's proper or not tho

Did a few mins of googling and seems like doing pushups really fast isn't optimal. Also I have a lot to learn about proper form on these

5 ladder 4 rung c&p and 1 arm row. Then 10 mins of swings 25 reps with 10 sec rest. rly hard

6/15

5 rung 5 ladder c&p and 1 arm row. Then 7 mins of swings 50 reps with 10 sec rest. This was the hardest workout of my life. Was extremely difficult to do the swings

I know you mentioned missing 1 month but where are you with your weight gain goals so far?

What's a typical day food-wise look like for you?

I weigh about 141 right now. For breakfast I eat the vast majority of the time I usually boiled eggs (without the yolk) , turkey bacon , oatmeal with a whole bunch of fruit and nuts in it no sugar a v small amount of butter tho, or smart start cereal with a whole bunch of fruit and nuts.

Throughout the day I eat on avg 3 pieces of fruit like apples,bananas,strawberries,blueberries,pears,peac hes, and pineapples. As far as meat goes I mostly just eat chicken/turkey and v little red meat (and use v little if any salt). I dont eat enough veggies but eat some kind of vegetable everyday like kale,spinach, broccoli and eat a decent amount of salads.

I Don't eat any sugar really unless its from fruits . I eat a little bread but the vast majority the time its whole wheat/grain. I usually drink water, coconut water , club soda, naked juice and hardly ever drink stuff with added sugar/high fructose.

So I only have 1 week left in the ETK think and i havent figured out what to do afterwards. Doing it all over again with a 55 isnt a option because I cant even press it for one rep. Any suggestions?

Another thing is sometimes when I do swings after a bunch of c&p my forearms rly hurt while doing them. Is this normal? I know its not a arm workout and I dont think I use my arms i think the strain just comes from gripping it but not really sure

if you already have a smaller kb, you can just strap a plate to the bottom, like Donny Shankle does.

5 ladder 3 rung c&p 1arm row . This was really easy . Then 10 mins of snatches 10 reps left 10 right then 1 min break. This Was pretty tough .
