I weigh about 141 right now. For breakfast I eat the vast majority of the time I usually boiled eggs (without the yolk) , turkey bacon , oatmeal with a whole bunch of fruit and nuts in it no sugar a v small amount of butter tho, or smart start cereal with a whole bunch of fruit and nuts.
Throughout the day I eat on avg 3 pieces of fruit like apples,bananas,strawberries,blueberries,pears,peac hes, and pineapples. As far as meat goes I mostly just eat chicken/turkey and v little red meat (and use v little if any salt). I dont eat enough veggies but eat some kind of vegetable everyday like kale,spinach, broccoli and eat a decent amount of salads.
I Don't eat any sugar really unless its from fruits . I eat a little bread but the vast majority the time its whole wheat/grain. I usually drink water, coconut water , club soda, naked juice and hardly ever drink stuff with added sugar/high fructose.
