Results for 2 days ago. Did 5 4 rung c&p and 1 arm row ladders. This was a lot harder than 3 rungs. Then did 8 mins of swings 50reps nthen 20 sec of rest

I thought I had the day off yesterday but I didnt so made up the workout today. It was one of those do what u want days and take it easy and I really emphasized the take it easy part. Basically did nothing did like 4 tgu's some windmills, some sumo DL's and thats about it barely broke a sweat.

Went to Vegas for 6 days so missed a bunch of workouts. I did to 100 box jumps and 78 pushups 4 days ago tho. My pushups are extremely weak, I was only able to do 16 in a row as my max which is pretty awful. I also had to do sets of 3 from 48 to 78 cuz 3 was the most I could do in a row at that point . Then the soreness in the back of my arms was terrible for the next 3-4 days .
Results for today. I tried to do a 5 rung 5 ladder c&p and 1 arm row but couldn't complete it on my left arm. Got 4 reps on the 5th rung of the 4th ladder and got only 2 max for the rest of the workout with. My left. Then did 25 swings for 3 mins with a 5sec break . This shoulda been real easy but wasn't oh well.

results for today. did 3 rung 5 ladders of 1 arm row and c&p and did 10 mins of snatches 10 reps left 10 reps right then 1 min rest. I got in 4 sets but the bell slipped out of my hands 3 times cuz my hands were rly sweaty .

Did the most pathetic workout ever yesterday cuz i felt like crap. did like 5 swings then stopped, did 2 pull ups then stopped, did 1 c&p and stopped , did 5 high pulls and stopped, did 1 TGU and stopped , jogged a quarter mile and stopped. Was so awful. did like 38 pushups tho! and like 20 more swings!

no not yet. I get a bunch a days a week where i can do anything I want tho so I can def try it out. dunno much about the exercise atm tho.

Had one of those do what u wnat and take it easy days so did like 24 or 26 tgu' s i lost count and 20 sumo DL's and 17 pushups. The TGU's were really tough. I remmeber at the start of the program having a really tough time doing 9

Went to work out with a few friends and just did what they were doign that day instead of kettlebells. Forgot all the reps I did but i know i did chest press,shrugs,pulldowns, and 1 or 2 others. was a kind of light workout.

Pushups
1x21
1x15
1x10
Goblet squats
3x10
Russian twists
3x20
TGU
2r 1L
Windmills with no weight
1x7 r&L
Did some other workout I don't know the name of ad well. U hold the bell in front of u and lean forward/down and simultaneously lift one of your legs ack in the air.

5 rung 5 ladder c&p and 1arm row. Then 8mins of swings 25reps 5 secs rest. This was rly difficult for me. Went to some sports store and played around with a 55lb I couldn't even press it once and doubt I coulda snatched it. Doing a high pull was rly difficult as well and I could obv do swings with it. I was able to press a 45lb so maybe I need one of those I'm not rly sure.
