Re: *** June Jezebel LC Thread ***

Just read 2 Tablespoons of Nutella has 11g fat, the quality of my refeeds generally come down to keeping fat at 50g or less for the entire feeding window.

Also love how a nutrition search leads you to this page

http://www.nutellausa.com/ingredients.htm

no mention of calories or fat grams, just all the awesome healthy stuff that chocolate frosting contains

If only they had whole milk nutella...

I actually got back into it because of that class action lawsuit. I'm waiting to get my money, which I figured will finance part of my current nutella purchases.

Damn, I didn't even look up the macros for it, I just figured it's all carbs

I guess just pretzel twists and skim milk now.

Re: *** June Jezebel LC Thread ***

my problem with things like nutella and peanut butter is, if they're in the house, I'm going to eat all of it right then and there

about the only things I can buy in bulk are chicken and frozen broccoli

i used to buy a big jar of peanut butter and a bag of baby carrots and wouldn't stop til one/both of them were finished. peanut butter is so nomnom. i could probably eat 3-4 tablespoons at every meal.

Re: *** June Jezebel LC Thread ***

I just crush spoonfuls of it, I really have no way to stop myself once I start with snacks and whatnot, so I just avoid having them in the house. I go to the grocery store daily and while I imagine it costs me a lot more than buying in bulk, I feel it's worth it.

Still haven't found some single serving peanut butter, that would be GOAT, as I'd love to throw it in a protein shake. Even those Jif to go cups don't work, I'll just eat them all.

Peanut butter is pretty tasty. Not sure why you can't eat a bunch of it if you're trying to gain weight though...

I don't see what's wrong with splurging on PB if you're not cutting calories

Nutella I keep out of the house for the same reason

If anyone wants a bar that tastes ****ing delicious and similar to nutella:

so good

I highly highly recommend Wings (over Brookline.)

Honey BBQ and honey mustard are classics.
