Just read 2 Tablespoons of Nutella has 11g fat, the quality of my refeeds generally come down to keeping fat at 50g or less for the entire feeding window.

I actually got back into it because of that class action lawsuit. I'm waiting to get my money, which I figured will finance part of my current nutella purchases.

my problem with things like nutella and peanut butter is, if they're in the house, I'm going to eat all of it right then and there
about the only things I can buy in bulk are chicken and frozen broccoli
i used to buy a big jar of peanut butter and a bag of baby carrots and wouldn't stop til one/both of them were finished. peanut butter is so nomnom. i could probably eat 3-4 tablespoons at every meal.
I just crush spoonfuls of it, I really have no way to stop myself once I start with snacks and whatnot, so I just avoid having them in the house. I go to the grocery store daily and while I imagine it costs me a lot more than buying in bulk, I feel it's worth it.
Still haven't found some single serving peanut butter, that would be GOAT, as I'd love to throw it in a protein shake. Even those Jif to go cups don't work, I'll just eat them all.
Booked tickets to USA #1 today, GF and I will stay 2 weeks in NYC in august. recommendations on stuff to do except for the obvious stuff would be nice. Will be staying in brooklyn so stuff there would be extra nice

buying it in bulk is good. especially if you have a dog.
I have not been to your house, but I may look to rent/buy in your area. The more I think about it, the less appealing moving into the heart of Cambridge or Boston is. I'm too old for that ****. Brookline still appeals to me, though.
