I saw a dead turtle this morning. We had a ton of rain a few days ago and I guess he was migrating to a different watering hole and didn't make it. Weirdest looking thing - usually if you get close enough to get a look all you can see is a shell, but this guy had all his limbs, head and tail spread out.

I still don't know what a dorsale is though.

"Dorsal" does refer to something along your back, but not to being on your back (like, a dorsal fin is the fin on a sharks back). Dorsale is not a word in english as far as I know. It's like french or something.

Did you try a pillow under your stomach to sleep pain-free? I know it sounds too simple to even recommend, but it helped me when I once tweaked my back after deadlifting incorrectly, and having pain for 2 or 3 days.

My back is better but I am more or less forbidden to sleep on my stomach. I only do it when I have trouble sleeping, which is, uh, kind of often.
