ohh that makes perfect sense then. Straps do make it lighter.

I don't call this completely full ROM, but it's better than I thought. Like 75-80% rom. Way better than the military press abortions at least.

I haven't been to the dentist since 2011. I had to get a root canal (happened when I was 8 years old- did a front on a trampoline and over rotated and slammed my front tooth into the metal since there was no cover on the edge of the trampoline). I also have 6 cavities. Could be worse, right?

Last min trip to AC. Left work 2 hours early and buddy picked me up to hit up the beer fest. Stayed there till 10p then I gambled till 230am at borg playing 1/2. Decent win. I was drunk so winning anything is a plus, could barely analyze any hands plus I'm super rusty.

Sup guise.

Wondering if anyone has any input on how much fish is too much per week. Currently eating roughly 10oz tuna/ 20oz salmon/ 5-8 fish sticks per week. Weighing in at 163 lbs not sure if total weight has any bearing on healthy fish consumption.

EV,

You should probably PM noted expert LandOLakes for his valuable input.

Also, the fish sticks are likely, at best, 10% fish, so no need to worry about your Long John Silver's addiction*.

I'm not looking for a silly textbook response. I mean from somebody who knows wtf they are talking about.

Orange status underway, end of cut is near.
