Who do you think is trolling you? I can speak for myself and say I'm not.
What are you looking for from the people who post in your log? I have made a sincere effort to understand your goals and personal standards and to post things that match, but from your consistently defensive and dismissive responses, I am guessing I just don't understand what you're looking for and I have nothing to offer you that you would find meaningful. Which is perfectly K if so.
No one offers valuable advice maybe with the exception of nuclear and Evo. Goals as always is to gain more LBM. Short term goal is to cut down to 165 be diced and not lose much strength. I feel like doing minimum cardio has helped me preserve strength this cut, prob one of my best cuts yet in terms of strength.
Maybe you should be more open to advice and not only listen to what you want to hear. Hope you get some average lats some day but half reps not gonna cut it broseph

Or I could hop on juice for the gains like others and advise nattys like I know it all
Not sure the next time I'll post. Currently sick, last few days have been brutal at work going in while sick. Left early last 2 days. And end of next week going to Vegas, hopefully I don't die of alcohol poisoning.
Fat, but still clearly a **** ton of muscle on there. And this is while training for olytard, not even bodybuilding. I did pullups, curls+skullcrushers, flat bb bench, and ohp on top of my oly training and didn't diet and still looked like that.
ExpectedV really was clueless me and busto were pretty jacked looking fellas pre AAS despite the fact that neither of us even trained for hypertrophy prior to and he still doesn't really. Busto's natty levels of lean-ness were way more impressive than his post natty lean-ness, so don't attribute that solely to hopping on. I had to learn how to diet just like a naturolo and I think it was a mistake to hop on before I had nutrition a bit more figured out.
Close to what I do now, but even stricter and more biased toward fats than carbs. Most important thing by far is to try out new bbing friendly recipes that you can make in relatively big batches and prepare food in advance.
2-3 things lead to cheating for me: 1.) Food not readily available when hungry and I don't want to cook because I'm busy or tired. 2.) Dieting food that tastes bad. 3. (kinda, but not necessarily) eating the exact same thing over and over again until you're really sick of it.
I think I posted their channel in my log, but "fit couple cooks" youtube has some great meal prep ideas that are easy and taste really good, imo. fit men cook has a lot of more sophisticated ones. There's dozens of different youtubes geared toward preparing healthy meals.
It is somewhat more challenging in China as high convenience/low preparation diet friendly foods are relatively more scarce in the supermarket and practically unheard of in restaurants. Cottage cheese, greek yogurt, deli meat, flat breads/tortillas/wraps with good macros, and avocados are lifesavers for being able to just throw a meal together on the spot that fits macros really well, is sating, and takes less than a few minutes.
I've been to the supermarkets in BKK and holy **** they have a ton of selection compared to even most western grocery stores other than costco etc. Should be really easy to get ingredients for convenience foods and for meal preps.
I survived Vegas. I don't have the time to type out a detailed trip report nor want that stuff on the Internet so I'll just say that collectively my crew spent 20k over 3 nights and N1H you missed out on what could have been the best bachelor party ever. The amount of stories and **** planned was insane. I think I got a total of 8 hours of sleep. Maybe I'll type one out a a TR if I can delete the post after you guys read it. You will notice with my pics even though I'm beyond messed up I still go for women above 6/10. I also managed to play a lot of poker and I booked around $600-$700 profit at 1/2. I played a ton of 3b pots and everyone at the tables literally hated me. Check/jamming many flush draws in these pots and getting there and showing up wth AT turning a straight in another hand. It went check check on JQx then K turn I lead out for $100 then he jams for $300 and I snap it off. Good times.
- Good day at work yesterday. Got my biggest deal to date- roughly 260k. The firm is pretty excited about it since I'm new here.
- Gettin back into the groove
