1st week of bulk complete
- Ended up losing 1 lb
- macros went from 225/200/60 to 225/200/65 and cardio from 2 miles 5x down to 1.5m 3x
- feeling pretty lean
Goals for this bulk
- Go from 163 to 170 lbs then mini cut for 1 month then back up to 175-180 lbs then re-evaluate
- 163 to 170 lbs is roughly 7-8 lbs given the 1 lb I lost this week. That should take 4 months. If that goes as planned I'll still be looking good. Key is to continue eating clean and follow macros. Don't get lazy with fiber and sodium amounts. It's been my weakness.
- goal is next summer to be 165 as lean as I am now.
