8mg epehedrine+coffee works pretty damn well for me though.
What would you recommend I start with? Guess I'll scrap the DMAA/ pre workout while on this.

And look at the workouts 3/21 and 3/22. Lolwat.

The only time you ever made gains on 531, but you lasted only three weeks before crying uncle. How long you last on SS? Two weeks. And thus we have a natty doing a roid workout and getting zero gains. Sad.
I've fired my share of coaches including the IG fitness whore Josef Rakich who has his website filter all the data and create a meal plan. Ended that **** quickly. With that being said this coach and I have history and he's in charge of my nutrition/ cardio. He's the one who had me on PHAT back in 2014 where I made insane gains. I plan to be on 5/3/1 until I make some strength gains and have a total of 1k (front squat/ DL/ bench). So nah def not awful by any means but as far as this conversation goes, I'm still gonna use the ECA stack just gotta figure out what I wanna start at.

12.5mg first with half a caffeine tab, see how it feels. Then 25+200 as normal. Baby aspiring optional.

Doing 12.5+200mg to start. My tolerance for caffeine is high. Effective today.

ECA is dangerous and has tons of sides that get played off. I know people who have had serious health complications because of it. Palpitations are not at all uncommon either. Your coach is right. But still an idiot most likely

edit- I know this is an unpopular opinion because taking ECA is ****ing awesome and works very well. If I hadn't talked to medical professionals on multiple occasions about ephedrine hcl, and had experiences with myself/others having problems of varying degrees with these drugs, I wouldn't be sticking my head in to dissent. Keep your eyes on the side effects and feel free to PM me if you have any Q

I'm doing EC fwiw and only starting at 12.5mg and likely only running it for 1 to 1.5 months shouldn't be a big deal, I wouldn't think.

What are the serious health complications they got from eca?

I barely felt anything today with 200mg caffeine. Is that normal? I just drank a cup of coffee to keep me going for the day.

dose+user dependent. I probably would have serious health consequences running ECA; it takes me a while to work up to 25+200 and I feel like **** when I'm not lifting on it. Other guys get up to 100+800 throughout the day and feel fine.

Different issues with long-term usage vs. withdrawing (or even skipping a day or dose)

depression, dehydration, "amphetamine psychosis", and suicidal thoughts are included in these experiences

There was another member of this forum who posted about severe depression lasting days withdrawing from ephedrine, and randomly considering swerving into traffic during said withdrawal

The hydration concerns get pushed aside, but I did everything I possibly could to hydrate and still ended up in the hospital once with an IV in my arm. This is on 75mg/day max dose.

This IS taking more than the prescribed dose of a stimulant, long term, for purposes other than intended. This stuff shouldn't be surprising. EC can seriously **** you up. You may find yourself walking around intoxicated, and you'll probably like it. I would tread with caution

Edit- almost forgot, chest pain and palpitations

slightly unlock your knees, what you're doing in that pic is more of a stiff legged deadlift

and obv it's hard to tell from a single frame, but you would probably benefit more from thinking about pushing your hips back rather than leaning forward.

Don't you bend too much that way? I thought you should only have a slight bend.

Fix ROM on your incline presses. You're not doing 70s for ten after flat bench. Probably not even fresh.

After I do 3 sets of flat db press to failure with 42kg for ~16 on the first set, I can barely do 28kgx10 incline 45 degree. So you are definitely not really lifting 70lbs full rom.
