So lost a total of 5 lbs since I've been sick. Getting back to lifting, doing about 60-65% 1rm for the main lifts so I don't shock my CNS. Also cleaning my diet back up a bit. Eating more fish for omega 3s and having healthier options such as bodybuilding meals opposed to a ton of simple sugars since I am intaking 400g carbs per day.

Saw this gem at Costco today, back on the orange. Straight gainz.

Lmao. Dude I just got back from being in the hospital. Pointless to go straight to week 2. Might as well reset. I lost 5 lbs.

I'm fairly sure that when Jim Wendler wrote shoulder press in his 5/3/1 book it wasnt the half ROM seated variation he had in mind.
