Physique update:
With the exception of this morning, I've been at 165 for the past week. Total of ~4 lbs in 10 weeks. Goal is to gain .50-.75 lbs on average until I hit 185 or so. Problem is that I'm feeling fat already, sigh. Eating close to 400g carbs per day and only 165 lbs lol. Getting a lot stronger though, that feels good at least.
