Yes true, I'd guess the phone is worth at least $600.

So the fact that I took it from her frigging pocket/hand seems to mean that nothing happened because I stopped it. I dunno, it's not like I was going to let her take it.

If you are sick of chicken, maybe try some lean ground turkey. YTF's go to cutting meal was pound of lean ground turkey, a bunch of stir fry veggies (peppers, onion, carrots, snappeas, etc.), some stir fry sauce and siracha if u like spicy. Pretty healthy and filling

Sounds delish, I will try it. Sounds similar to a ground turkey and veggie chili I make. I will def get some ground turkey and some fish as soon as I get to grocery store.

Hmmmm I used to make "buffalo chicken meatballs" with ground chicken and hot sauce....might make that again too. ty

Not enough protein and I had a couple of snacks. Other than that, not bad considering I ate dinner at Applebee's.
They had a special where you could add a skewer of grilled shrimp to your meal so I ordered 2 skewers plus spinach and steamed broccoli. Started w tomato basil soup but didn't eat much cuz it tastes sweet.

I ended up going to work out after dinner and it was good. More on that in a bit.

Worked out with weights last night and it went really well. Whenever I feel I can do it, I up the weight I'm using. Last night I was able to up the weight on 5 different machines and complete the sets I wanted to do. Woo Hoo!

There is a great feeling associated with adding weight to what you did last time, knowing it wasn't easy last time, preparing yourself to give it your all, and then DOING IT; moving a weight you didn't know you could move. Seriously, I was stoked!

I've been doing this weight stuff for over 5 weeks, going as hard as I can from day 1 to now. Below is the progress I've made on

Overhead press
35 lbs week 1
50 lbs week 6

Seated row
55 lbs wk 1
75 lbs wk 6

Pulldown
40 lbs wk 1
80 lbs wk 6 <---boom

Abs (ive been slacking)
50 lbs wk 1
65 lbs wk 6

Biceps
10lbs ea wk 1
20lbs ea wk 6 (actually did 4 @ 25lbs last night but if I can't do 5 I go back down.)

Deltoid Fly
30 lbs wk 1
40 lbs wk 6

Shoulder press
30 lbs wk 1
70 lbs wk 6 <---boom

This kind of progress makes me very happy. I feel stronger and I want to get STRONGER. Whenever I successfully add 5lbs to something that's already heavy to me, it's almost a high.

well, Ive settled on a trainer, Tony Gentilcore but haven't set anything up yet. I've been so crazy busy at work I was giving myself until June to get it set up.

Hmmmm how about 1 week deadline for this. Plus I'd like to be a little strong when I meet him.

Cashews - we keep them in stock in work and they're free....and I haven't gone food shopping, havent been eating much so theyre within my calorie allotment....ok enough excuses, yes, we've discussed this. Imma stop them.

Stop worrying about the bold please. Too many people worry about this kind of stuff. You are paying him a lot of money to teach you how to get stronger safely. I'm sure he frequently deals with people who are weaker and in worse shape than you are.

Yesterday's (Friday's) Numbers

Had a work event that involved sushi (and champagne). I haven't eaten rice in forever but since it was part of the sushi, I did yesterday.

It was really, really good.

Then I ate some ritzy crackers when I got home last night, which is a slippery slope for me, but Day ended okay calorie wise, but a lot higher than prev days.
