Severely overpriced perhaps but not overrated. The one I'm munching on is uber juicy, sweet and crisp.

Attached is a recap of last night's work out. It was rest day. I started with the goblet squats using a 20 lb kettle bell, really just focusing on form. I think it's really important for my knees and I'll continue this exercise. Ty Cha for suggesting it. Between squat reps I did planks for 30 seconds ea....then moved on to the farmers walk w 50 lbs.

Knees felt good during all that, but I didn't want to push it w elliptical so I did the treadmill, while watching Jeff Boski videos. Time went by pretty quickly and I felt really good after workout.

Then a quick swim, sauna, shower and by the time I got home I was almost asleep.

Definitely overpriced. I much prefer a jazz or cripps pink though, amongst others.

You might really like a sweetango if you're on the honecrisp train currently.

Jazz are pretty good and a fall back if I can't get honeycrisp. I also like envy apples very much and of course apples aren't in season right now, at least here in the northeast.

I've never heard of sweetango but google tells me they're amazing! I dunno where I can get some!

Today's lunch is lettuce wraps filled w pork tenderloin, bean/veggie mixture from last night's dinner. I also added a dab of light balsamic vinaigrette.

Lettuce wraps are a great alternative to tortillas. Easy to pick up and eat and have a little crunch too.

I've been wondering about sauna etiquette myself!

Yes there were other women there, most on their phones, some silent. I think there should be a "quiet" rule in the sauna as some of these biatches do not come up for air. wtf.

I would never make a phone call in the sauna, but silently type, sure. Others will chat on the phone which seems intrusive.

And yes, you are old. Then again, so am I.

Someone talking on the phone wouldn't bother me. On the other hand, don't all phones have cameras now?

Not all phones, landlines do not have cameras.

However, if you are intimating that I'd take photos on the sly, you'd be wrong. Again, I am not the only person with a cell phone in the sauna and um it's dark.

Ha! I WISH I could dance like that. I'm always grateful when I survive a dance without falling down.

I would never suggest you would take a picture there. Others...not so sure. That's why I would think the etiquette would be no phones. Do people use them in the locker room?

Phones? Yes, everyone has a phone with them in constant use, even in the locker room. Plus women are always taking selfies in the locker room...more than you'd expect.

There is no phone-free zone at the gym that I know of but it doesn't seem to be an issue to me.

But dancing is a cool thing. You must admit that your feet start to twitch to the rhythm when you see that.

I like the music, yes, but dancing badly with all the random guys who ask me isn't fun. I look ethnic so they assume I can dance but nope.

My friend had lots of family at her party which I obv didn't know, one being her mentally challenged cousin, Dana. Danas about 25 years old and sang the Barny song to my friend as a gift. Pretty mentally challenged. I don't know her and never spoke a word to her.

I was sitting at a long table w friends, didn't realize anyone was behind me...she came up behind me, put her arms around me and grabbed both of my tits, squeezed and held on.

We stayed like this for a couple of seconds while my brain processed someone's squeezing my tits hard and who the **** is it?

I grabbed one hard with mine ripped it off, turned around about to strike and there she was. She still wouldn't let go of me. I didn't know what to do. In the end I pulled her hands off the boobs and let them remain above so she was then hugging around my shoulders. We stayed that way for a couple minutes....I couldn't take it any more and just stood up. It was weird. Of course all my friends were dying laughing and spent the rest of the party sneaking up behind me with a fake boob grab. Friends...
Josie, if we ever meet in person, don't forget that I'm a bit mentally challenged too

I like these cuts for the shoulders in the shirt that transform from subtle to revealing and back as the arms move. And you should definitely smile more You have a reason to do so - your work ethic is so strong that it ensures that your future is bright!

As for vodka, I can't contribute much to the discussion besides listing the 4 unattended bottles that my brother accidentally left when he was moving out. Those are Zhuravli, Beluga, Putinka and Zoladkowa Gorzka. I have no idea which one is better as I'm teetotal, but I believe my brother has some taste. My father drank primarily Russian Standard and he did have a taste, though of course it would have been better if he had drunk no vodka at all.

****,

How very nice of you! Tyvm but no you are not mentally challenged in the least.

I have a feeling your Russian vodka is very good quality. Good for you for not drinking.

What was so fancy about those cashews?

Kcal on those seem low btw. 30 grams of cashews is ~180kcal.

Another great day though!
