A lot has happened since 2p2 went down. I learned the benefit of the dip and drive for push press, and jerking. Was a hurdle for me. Switched to TM progression for squats. I've been battling with power snatches -> full snatch. And under the recent advice of Mr. Glenn P, dont do power snatches. Its one or the other, and if need be, re-learn. So today thats what I did. I just started with the broomstick -> bar -> weight, and just made sure I was going to a full snatch position (or at least below parallel). During my clean and jerks, the owner came in and was giving me feedback which is great. First time I got a chance to meet him, awesome guy. Gave me a ton of confidence.
