Guys I didn't die just been out of mind busy. Worked fifty hours at one job and about twenty at the other for two weeks straight. Only hit the gym once but I've been doing tons of yard work. Oh well.

I'm still alive guys. I still workout I just don't log it. Still fat as ****. Slowly losing weight every week and body comp is improving. Will post progress pics in a few weeks.

This was yesterday

Squats
3x3 225 lbs 30 seconds rest
Did a quarter squat with 295 after trying a heavy walkout

Put 95 on the bar and did front squats and then ohp it was awful.

Dumbell bench
50's 12,12,9

Tricep extensions
90lbs 100 reps in clusters

Curls
55lb 100 reps
