I'm going to keep up the accountability. The wife and I had a long talk about the whole calories in calories out thing. She was like if it works then why arent you losing weight? I said because I binge for no reason.

i could do that but it would suck. tonight I did 3 DL sets and some light squat sets and 1 set of DB rows.

Got some bloodwork done two days ago. Finally have some thing to compare it to. Got my first bloodwork when I was 245. Cholesterol is down from 208 to 185, which is awesome. My HDL and LDL are both moving in the right direction as well. Good news all around.

Okay I've been really lame lately with sticking to my diet. It's been "okay" not awful but not what it should be. Here's the goal. We have 6.5 weeks left in 2013. My bmr is 2800 and I should be eating 2000. If I stick to my calories I should lose 10.4 pounds. I'm going for 8 pounds. EIGHT ****ING POUNDS by the end of the year. If I fail I have no one to blame but myself.

Last week I told myself to slow down on adding weights on squats. Today I decided to not be a total pussy. Last set was the hardest thing I do all week but I got that bitch.

I'm no expert, but the lifting sounds impressive.
If grazing is a problem, why not restrict when you eat to say three meals and two snacks a day? Eating a carb snack creates the urge to eat another carb snack IMO. Also I find I don't feel so much like grazing when I eat plenty of protein for my main meals.

As far as the snacks go. I think limiting them is a good idea.
